Always orders, disposes, edifies, but never asks. The main content of its administrative activity consists of orders and teams. All new is perceived by such head with care, or is not perceived at all, in administrative work he practically uses the same methods. Thus, all power concentrates in hands of such head who received the name of the autocrat. Even placement of employees in the course of carrying out meeting is focused on a constant control of their activity (Figure 2a.). It creates an intense situation, subordinates in this case consciously or intuitively seek to avoid close contact with such head.

The approaches based on a leadership situatsionnost suggested to explain efficiency of leadership through various situational variables, i.e. through influence of external factors, without taking thus into account the leader as the personality. New concepts tried to unite advantages and achievements both traditional, and situational approaches. In the conclusions these concepts are based on the analysis of leader character and its interrelation from the available situation.
Problems of leadership are key for achievement of organizational efficiency. On the one hand, leadership is considered as existence of a certain set of qualities, the attributed subjects who successfully has impact or influences others, with another, leadership is a process mainly not of power influence in the direction of achievement by group or organization of the purposes. Leadership represents the specific type of administrative interaction based on the most effective combination of various sources of the power and directed on motivation of people to achievement of common goals.

Further there was other, behavioural approach which created a basis for more exact definition: management style is rather steady system of ways, methods and forms of practical activities of the manager, a habitual manner of behavior of the head in relation to subordinates aimed at influence and their motives to achievement of the objectives of the organization. Degree to which the head delegates the powers, types of the power used by him and his care, first of all, of the human relations or about performance of a task reflects the style of the management characterizing this leader.
As a rule, the head becomes an autocrat when it on the business qualities costs below subordinates whom directs or if his subordinates have too low general and professional culture. Such style of the management does not stimulate an initiative of subordinates that does impossible increase of overall performance of the organization.
